  Worst experience ever One of Sprint phones I purchased from this store went bad, it got real hot and stopped working I bought a new phone from the Sprint 800 number to replace it. The representative on the phone said take the defective phone to the Sprint store and turn it in. I drove an hour and a half to this store and explained the situation and the large girl with the bad red dye job wouldn't accept it. She said I had to call Sprint's 800 number. I told her the people from the 800 number told me to bring it in and turn it in. She still refused. This is the 2nd item I have bought from them that stopped working before the contract is up and they refuse to do anything about it. So I am stuck paying monthly charges for equipment that is not working. I would say run as far away as you possibly can from the El Centro Sprint Store. They are not helpful whatsoever and once they have your money you are nothing more than an inconvenience to them.
